Financial Service Representative
About The Position
Heights Finance, a member of the Attain Finance family, is hiring a Financial Service Representative to provide customer service and help customers access financial solutions. The role guides new and existing customers through the loan process, promotes financial products and services, handles inbound and outbound calls, and supports customers with past-due accounts. The representative receives hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring, and is expected to follow regulatory guidelines and company policies. The position is full-time and based at 215 Dunn Rd, Ste A, Florissant, MO 63031. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evenings and weekends based on business needs or peak seasons. The anticipated hourly range is $16.50–$23.00. Benefits for full-time employees begin on the first day, with 401(k) participation and company match available 30 days after hire, starting on the first of the month.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Genuine desire to help others and provide strong customer service.
- Confidence promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Problem-solving ability, including offering solutions to customer challenges.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative approach and desire to contribute to team success.

- Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to new and existing customers and guide them through the loan process.
- Use consultative sales techniques to explain financial products and services and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
- Work with customers on past-due accounts and help find solutions toward resolution.
- Participate in hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.
