About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is a nonprofit financial cooperative serving members in Utah and Idaho. Financial Service Representatives assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, new accounts, and consumer loan needs. The role focuses on building and maintaining trusting member relationships, identifying relevant credit union products and services, following up with members, and complying with applicable regulations. Representatives also participate in continuing education related to credit union career development. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position at 805 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84404. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–6:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
Complete teller transactions.
Open new accounts.
Process consumer loan applications.
Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
Provide consistent member follow-up.
Comply with all regulations as required by law.
Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
