About The Position
This internship offers a career opportunity in Financial Reporting for Summer 2027. The intern will assist in preparing quarterly SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) and reviewing associated earnings call materials. Responsibilities include gathering and reviewing data from business unit accountants for accuracy, assisting with tie-out procedures of completed disclosures, aiding in the preparation of the quarterly disclosure checklist, performing quality control checks on documents, and supporting the team with the month-end close process by gathering data and preparing journal entries.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quarterly SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) and reviewing associated earnings call materials
