Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quarterly SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) and reviewing associated earnings call materials
- Gather necessary data from various business unit accountants and review for accuracy
- Assist with tie out procedures of completed disclosures
- Aid in preparing the quarterly disclosure checklist
- Performing quality control checks on the documents
- Aid the team with month-end close process
- Gather data and prepare journal entries
