About The Position

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Financial Program Manager to manage anticipated contract support for the DHS ICE Office of Financial Management Customer Service Operations program. The PM leads contract execution, supervises the team, and is TRG's primary representative to government contract and program leadership. This is an anticipated contract support position; employment is contingent on contract award, final staffing assignment, and required government approvals. The PM must be a TRG employee during performance. Current employees and contingent hires may be proposed; Key Personnel must confirm availability and support signed proposal documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of related experience providing oversight and executive-level management of project/contract operations involving multiple projects, tasks, and personnel groups is required.
  • At least three years of federal financial management experience is required.
  • Professional project management certification, such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level II, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience supervising varied labor categories on comparable projects; comparable private and federal sector project experience; business case development and project management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication experience with the highest levels of management is required.
  • U.S. citizenship and fluent in written and spoken English is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required ICE fitness approval, background investigation, and access credentials.
  • Current residence in the United States or its territories and residence there for at least three of the previous five years, unless an ICE-approved exception applies is required.
  • Complete required security and applicable privacy training, sign required nondisclosure agreements, and protect sensitive government information.

  • Current ICE/DHS fitness approval or an active federal security clearance, including Secret.

Responsibilities

  • Direct contract performance, assign workloads, supervise personnel, and coordinate priorities with government stakeholders.
  • Maintain integrated schedules, project plans, risks, communications, and continuity preparations.
  • Oversee financial reporting, customer support, data analysis, and process improvement activities.
  • Manage quality reviews and corrective actions; ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Prepare status reports and executive briefings; track meetings, decisions, and action closure.
