About The Position

TRG is seeking a Financial Analyst to support anticipated DHS ICE financial shared services reporting, cost analysis, and customer operations. The analyst will support recurring financial calculations, investigate variances, and prepare clear, traceable analyses for federal stakeholders. This is an anticipated contract support position, contingent on contract award, final staffing assignment, and required government approvals. The role requires supporting program operations during normal business hours, with potential for travel to Dallas, TX, Williston, VT, or other government-designated sites, and remote work subject to government approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, computer sciences, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship and fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required ICE fitness approval, background investigation, and access credentials.
  • Current residence in the United States or its territories and residence there for at least three of the previous five years, unless an ICE-approved exception applies.
  • Complete required security and applicable privacy training, sign required nondisclosure agreements, and protect sensitive government information.

Nice To Haves

  • For mid-level assignments: Master's degree in data analytics, finance, or public policy.
  • Current ICE/DHS fitness approval or an active federal security clearance, including Secret.

Responsibilities

  • Gather financial and workload inputs; support recurring cost and customer activity calculations.
  • Analyze cost/workload anomalies and variances; document sources, calculations, findings, and recommended corrections.
  • Support quarterly invoice-cost reporting and annual shared services billing reassessments.
  • Prepare financial reports, briefings, and responses to customer and leadership requests.
  • Support interagency financial agreement packages, fiscal year-end coordination, and quality review.
  • Support program operations during normal business hours.
