About The Position

TRG is seeking a Financial Analyst to support anticipated DHS ICE financial shared services reporting, cost analysis, and customer operations. The analyst will support recurring financial calculations, investigate variances, and prepare clear, traceable analyses for federal stakeholders. This is an anticipated contract support position; employment is contingent on contract award, final staffing assignment, and required government approvals. Support program operations during normal business hours. Remote work and travel are subject to government approval. Education and experience requirements may vary with the final assignment level. TRG will confirm the applicable level during candidate review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT, computer sciences, data analytics, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
  • U.S. citizenship and fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required ICE fitness approval, background investigation, and access credentials.
  • An active security clearance does not replace ICE approval is required.
  • Current residence in the United States or its territories and residence there for at least three of the previous five years, unless an ICE-approved exception applies is required.
  • Complete required security and applicable privacy training, sign required nondisclosure agreements, and protect sensitive government information.

Nice To Haves

  • For mid-level assignments: Master's degree in data analytics, finance, or public policy.
  • Current ICE/DHS fitness approval or an active federal security clearance, including Secret.

Responsibilities

  • Gather financial and workload inputs; support recurring cost and customer activity calculations.
  • Analyze cost/workload anomalies and variances; document sources, calculations, findings, and recommended corrections.
  • Support quarterly invoice-cost reporting and annual shared services billing reassessments.
  • Prepare financial reports, briefings, and responses to customer and leadership requests.
  • Support interagency financial agreement packages, fiscal year-end coordination, and quality review.
