About The Position

Mauser’s Finance Development Program (FDP) provides early-career professionals with a broad learning experience intended to prepare them for future leadership roles. The program lasts 2–3 years and includes rotations of approximately 6–12 months across finance disciplines at the corporate, group, and plant levels. Participants develop technical and leadership capabilities while gaining exposure to finance in a manufacturing environment and building relationships across the finance organization. The program includes ongoing coaching and mentorship to support professional development and readiness for future roles. Participants are expected to learn quickly and deliver results in each rotation. The program also offers opportunities to participate in “Lunch & Learns” and build relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with professional presence.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Motivation to succeed and grow a career at Mauser.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of ethics and integrity.
