About The Position

Mauser's Finance Development Program (FDP) provides early-career professionals with a broad, well-rounded learning experience intended to prepare them for future leadership roles. The 2–3-year program consists of rotations lasting approximately 6–12 months, with exposure to finance disciplines at the corporate, group, and plant levels. Participants develop technical and leadership skills while gaining knowledge of the business and building relationships across the finance organization. They receive ongoing coaching and mentorship in analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills, and are expected to learn quickly and deliver results in each rotation. Program activities also include Lunch & Learns and opportunities to build relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear and concise communication skills and presence.
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to adapt to change.
• Motivation to succeed and grow a career at Mauser.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of ethics and integrity.
