About The Position

The Financial Planning Analyst supports financial planning and analysis activities, primarily for the SMT business across FC1, FC2, and FC3, as well as budgeting and midterm planning. The position also addresses headquarters requirements related to the PNO Cine and Photo FoBs. It analyzes actual accounting transactions against expected results, identifies variances, and recommends potential adjustments. The role requires a thorough understanding of accounting policies for both planning and actual postings, and includes developing and maintaining Excel models to simulate and assess adjustments as business conditions change throughout the year.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related business discipline.
1–2 years of experience in a professional accounting environment, including monthly financial analyses and support for strategic business initiatives.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including designing and maintaining sophisticated models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support.
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, especially CRM and Business Warehouse modules.

Additional experience with Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly analyses of budget plans versus actual financial results, identify variances and trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Recommend updated budget figures as business activities evolve, keeping forecasts accurate and aligned with organizational objectives.
Propose enhancements to accounting structures and processes to accommodate organizational growth and changing operational needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Excel models for business forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support transitional business initiatives and strategic planning.
