About The Position

The Financial Operations Advisor serves as a key financial partner to clinical, operational, and administrative leaders, supporting informed decision-making and driving financial performance across perioperative and surgical services. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning for areas including inpatient operating rooms, same-day surgery, minimally invasive surgery, anesthesia, surgical preparation and recovery, and central sterile services. The ideal candidate will provide financial insights, monitor operational and financial performance, support business planning and capital investment decisions, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, and enhance margins. Working collaboratively with clinical teams, finance, revenue cycle, supply chain, and operational leaders, the Financial Operations Advisor plays a critical role in promoting fiscal accountability, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring sound financial stewardship across assigned service areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) years of experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial analysis, healthcare finance, or operational finance is required.
