About The Position

Uline is seeking a Cash Applications / Financial Operations Specialist to join its Finance team. The role supports accurate financial transactions and account records for the company. This is an on-site position at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, Illinois. Pay starts at $25 per hour and ranges to $27 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match it to customer accounts.
