About The Position

The Financial Management Director leads teams and works with clients to strengthen financial management processes and internal controls, and to execute business process re-engineering. The role conducts risk assessments and integrates data management, analysis, and visualization capabilities with accounting and financial processes to support continuous audit readiness and fraud prevention.

Requirements

Maintain an active Secret federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
At least 10 years of financial management experience.
Strong communication skills in support of client engagement and briefings to client senior executives.
Experience translating policy and standards into programmatic actions and project delivery.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience with Department of War financial improvement and audit readiness (FIAR) engagements.
Experience with non-appropriated funds.
