About The Position

Citi's Global Functions business division is looking for driven Associates to join the Corporate Finance team in the US. The Financial Management Associate (FMA) rotational program is designed to accelerate your career by giving you exposure to numerous roles across Corporate Finance, helping you discover your best-fit path at Citi. Citi offers significant opportunities for career growth and internal mobility. The FMA Program is a global leadership development program for Masters and MBA graduates, built to create a pipeline of future Corporate Finance leaders across disciplines including Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and business-aligned Chief Finance Offices. This 24-month program is structured around three 8-month rotations, giving you deep, meaningful exposure while working closely with senior managers to build real leadership capability. Rotations will be dependent on business needs and program availability. Upon successful completion, FMAs may be considered for opportunities within Citi Finance. As an FMA, you'll help drive Citi Finance's 4 priorities: champion financial performance & strategic execution, generate value & optimize resources, accelerate finance transformation & controls, and develop our people & culture.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Strategy, Finance, Economics, or other related fields
Excited about building a career in Corporate Finance
Bring at least 3 years of significant, related full-time professional work experience
Graduating between December 2026 – June 2027
Won't require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or at time of hire
A strategic, analytical mindset with a global perspective and a genuine passion for driving Citi Finance’s 4 Pillars
Initiative, creativity, and professional maturity, paired with resiliency and a growth mindset
A sense of urgency, excellent judgment, and the confidence to step outside your comfort zone

Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
An AI-literate, forward-thinking mindset — eager to apply generative AI and emerging technologies to solve complex finance problems
A demonstrated interest in Data Analytics, Database Management, Information Systems, or Digital Technology
Sound risk management judgment — the ability to identify, assess, and escalate risk in a complex, regulated environment
