About The Position

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the finance division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities. The program is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates, offering curated experiences, knowledge, and connections to shape their careers. Graduates will receive training and support to make their mark on the world, empowering them to influence the company's direction. Requirements

  • A strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
  • A GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • An understanding of financial concepts and markets.
  • Resourcefulness, leadership, team spirit, and entrepreneurial drive, shown through involvement in extracurriculars.

Nice To Haves

  • A finance or accounting major is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts, trends and insights.
  • Compilation of regular reports, scorecards and presentations based on analysis for senior management.
  • Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders.
  • Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support in decision making.
  • Training and mentoring of junior colleagues, facilitation of individual or group training sessions, and development and maintenance of training materials.
  • Utilisation of data and data points in many forms (such as workforce, portfolios) to derive financials for key decision making and support of strategic conversations with senior leaders.
