About The Position

As a part of the Citi Chief Operating Office, you will have access to valuable intelligence and decades of experience, earning the trust of clients in nearly 100 countries worldwide. The Chief Operating Office (COO) is focused on modernizing and simplifying operations to make the firm an easier place for colleagues to work and a better bank for clients. Citi aims to help individuals bring their academic learning and career experience from the classroom to the boardroom. Programs equip individuals with the knowledge and training needed to play a valuable role on their team and the experience to establish a long-term career. Citi values internal mobility, and its programs serve as a springboard for career path trajectories. The COO Analyst Program is a 2-year developmental experience offering opportunities in two 1-year rotations across the COO. Throughout the program, participants will broaden their skills, explore areas of the bank to gain insight into unique interests and career goals, and build a strong personal network. The program provides development-focused roles coupled with structured training, mentoring, networking, and professional development opportunities to help build careers and prepare for future leadership in the Chief Operating Office. The COO is a critical and growing part of Citi, focusing on driving enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening controls, and running central operations for businesses. Analysts will play an important role working with more senior COO professionals and business and operations teams, and participating in risk and controls focused projects or assignments.

Requirements

  • On track to graduate with a bachelor's degree in any major in Spring 2027.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above.
  • Ability to work with MS Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
