Requirements
- Dynamic individual looking for an exciting career with opportunities for professional growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- On track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any major in Spring 2028.
- Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above.
- Ability to work with MS Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions; unable to sponsor visas for this position.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a 1-week in-depth training program at the start of the 10-week COO Summer Analyst Program.
- Participate in Citi's mentorship program for further training and guidance during and after the Program.
- Work with more senior COO professionals and business/operations teams.
- Participate in risk and controls focused projects or assignments.
