Sr. Financial Inside Sales Consultant (Remote-Texas)- $85K-$130K+ OTE
About The Position
Achieve is hiring Financial Inside Sales Consultants for a 100% remote position based in Texas, with a July 20th start date. This role is ideal for high-energy closers motivated by an uncapped commission structure, with an expected total compensation of $85,000 – $130,000+ per year. The company provides warm leads and full benefits. Consultants will leverage proprietary data and analytics to offer innovative, personalized digital personal finance solutions, including personal loans, home equity loans, and debt consolidation, to help members improve their financial well-being.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
- A proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles. Motivated by the "win" and the paycheck.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Close the Deal: Use sales skills to influence and move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
- Own Your Pipeline: Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Direct Selling: Identify customer pain points (medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and articulate how our best-in-class loan product provides the solution.
- Crush Metrics: Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission.
