Sr. Financial Inside Sales Consultant (Remote- Texas)- $85K-$130K+ OTE
About The Position
Achieve is hiring 30 Financial Inside Sales Consultants for a 100% remote role based in Texas, with a July 20th start date. This position offers a total expected compensation package of $85,000 – $130,000+ per year, including an hourly base, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives. The role involves influencing and closing prospects on loan applications, managing a pipeline of active transactions, identifying customer pain points, and articulating how Achieve's loan products provide solutions. Success in this role requires consistently exceeding daily and weekly targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
- A proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Responsibilities
- Use sales skills to influence and move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
- Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Identify customer pain points (medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and articulate how our best-in-class loan product provides the solution.
- Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission.
