About The Position

Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company that helps individuals improve their financial well-being through personalized solutions like personal loans, home equity loans, and debt consolidation. The Sr. Financial Inside Sales Consultant role is a remote position based in Texas, with a July 20th start date. This role offers a total expected compensation package of $85,000 – $130,000+ per year, including an hourly base, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives. The consultant will work with warm leads to help members achieve financial stability and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
• Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Use sales skills to influence and move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate how the company's loan product provides the solution.
• Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission.
