About The Position

Atlantic Reproductive Medicine Specialists is seeking a full-time Financial Coordinator to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role is crucial in ensuring patients fully understand their insurance benefits in relation to recommended fertility treatments. The Financial Coordinator will answer patient questions promptly, provide necessary benefits information for treatment decisions, and obtain treatment authorizations. This position requires educating and communicating with patients via email, in-person, or phone, while maintaining a friendly demeanor and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

3+ years' experience with insurance benefit verification in a medical office setting.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both verbal and nonverbal.
Compassionate, empathetic nature in all interactions with patients.
Knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies.
Great communication skills to educate patients about their benefits.
Determination to advocate on behalf of patients to insurance companies.
Ability to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Devotion to patients and ability to uprightly follow procedures and protocols.
Pride in quality service and a desire to learn more every day.
