Financial Controller

DOPE LLC•Eagan, MN
•$85,000 - $100,000•Hybrid

About The Position

DOPE Marketing is hiring an experienced Financial Controller to own the financial operations of its $28M+ direct mail automation business. This is a hands-on execution role, not a CFO position, with direct visibility into company performance and a growth path as the company scales. The Controller manages accounts payable and receivable, maintains financial records, leads the monthly close, and produces clear reporting to support leadership decisions. The role works alongside an internal financial advisory team and external bookkeeping partners. It is responsible for keeping financial operations running accurately and on schedule, including timely bill payments, accurate records, and completion of the monthly close within the first five to seven business days. The position is based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, with a hybrid schedule of one to two days in office. The successful candidate will take ownership, communicate directly, and improve automated, paperless processes. The position offers direct leadership visibility and a potential growth path into Finance Manager or higher as DOPE Marketing expands.
