About The Position
T & M Hardware & Rental is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for its multi-million-dollar business, including financial records, company expenses, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, policies and procedures, and tax compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting.
- Three or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.
- Three or more years of experience leading, managing, and making decisions for business financial projects.
- Strong technology skills.
- Exemplary understanding of ethics and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain flexible and make fast-paced decisions in an ever-changing retail environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epicor retail software.
