About The Position

Lyra Technology Group is a private equity-backed holding company that invests in and operates technology service businesses. Its companies operate independently under their existing management teams, names, and cultures. As part of Evergreen Services Group, Lyra does not divest from partner businesses and focuses on sustainable, long-term growth. Scarlett Group is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead and modernize its financial operations. The Controller owns accounting accuracy, financial reporting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, internal controls, and financial operating discipline. Reporting to the President/CEO, the Controller is Scarlett Group’s primary finance partner with Lyra Technology Group and will build a scalable, self-sufficient finance function that meets Lyra’s reporting requirements, provides timely and actionable insight, protects cash and margin, and supports profitable growth across the company’s service lines. The finance function is lean, so this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The Controller leads financial performance management, Lyra reporting, full-cycle accounting and controls, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash flow, KPI reporting, systems and automation, compliance and risk management, and finance-team development. The position works in a hybrid model based in Jacksonville, Florida. Target on-target earnings are $125,000–$135,000.

  • Build, mentor, and develop the finance team; document core processes and cross-train responsibilities to strengthen continuity.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Service Delivery, Advanced Services, Human Resources, and Lyra support teams.
