About The Position

We have a great opportunity for a finance professional to join our growing Finance Team. Reporting to the CFO, this is a great role for someone who would like to remain hands on day to day but also play a strategic role in ensuring the company continues to grow year on year. You will be qualified and bring some previous experience in a SME context.

Requirements

Qualified CPA.
Experience SME and Corporate environments – fast moving, within engineering, software or professional service sectors.
Excellent doer who can make things happen; with strong attention to detail
Stakeholder management and communication skills
Expert user of Excel; experienced user of MS Suite applications
Resilient and tenacious; comfortable working to deadlines

Nice To Haves

Previous experience of managing a small team would also be beneficial for this role

Responsibilities

Overall management of accounting operations for US entity.
Consolidation of financials for group P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow – reporting to Shareholders 45 days post quarter end.
Management of payroll, expenses, cash book, purchase ledger, sales ledger and tax
Provide weekly TWCF forecasts.
Oversee the management of cash flow and debt collection.
Oversee management of procurement processes.
Oversee the customer invoicing processes.
Develop and work with our outsourced shared service centre to improve efficiencies.
Management of compliance processes & procedures
Work closely with the CFO and the wider Finance Team on special projects including scale up and development of the ERP / MRP / Reporting systems.
Act as key contact for our service providers.
Supervision and management of direct reports
