About The Position

This role is responsible for planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis of accounting data, financial information, and organizational assets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and database.
  • Experienced with Microsoft 365, including intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • A flexible self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Enrolled in CPA program is a plus.
  • Experience in the full budgeting cycle is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze financial information to provide timely, accurate and consistent financial reports.
  • Maintain and ensure the data integrity of monthly management reports for operations/branch managers and department leads.
  • Build and robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
  • Provide analytics on assigned business units to support planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.
  • Prepare regular weekly cash flow forecasts and analysis.
  • Support the Manager of FP&A with special projects, procedure automation and process improvements.
  • Assist the accounting team with year-end and audit processes.
  • Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
