About The Position

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced and highly capable Financial Analyst III to support our Federal Government client. The Financial Analyst III will perform advanced financial, accounting, analytical, and supervisory duties to ensure accurate program oversight, sound fiscal execution, and compliance with government requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Government accounting systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Ability to consistently deliver high‑quality work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• CPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Accounting, Data Analyst, Records Examiner/Analyst, and Financial Analyst tasks.
• Serve as a liaison with the client regarding budget execution and financial processes.
• Monitor and analyze the financial condition of assigned programs to determine whether current or proposed actions are fiscally sound.
• Direct and supervise contractor personnel; monitor work quality and report on progress.
• Ensure all work meets contract and Government requirements and is delivered on time.
• Develop and implement administrative and technical procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Conduct complex technical and factual research to support financial and programmatic decisions.
• Review, reconcile, and validate financial data, documentation, and reports.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and management summaries.
