Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you are the key person influencing decision for key business leaders through financial data and insights, and serve as the main point of contact to provide findings and recommendations to our senior leadership team and CFO. We are the trusted finance partners working collaboratively to identify problems, find efficacies and drive results.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion.
- Strong analytical skills and attentive to details.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Flexible in attitude and approach to business solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 3 to 5 years

- CPA designation is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Plan, forecast and manage average inventory and inventory turns for the merchandising portfolio.
- Analyze information and develop reports to drive the business and to improve the “bottom line.”
- Prepare financial analysis and forecasts for the use in the development of financial business decisions.
- Liaise with business partners in divisional and corporate offices to ensure an effective communication process.
- Create new and supplemental reporting methods to aid management in proactive problem solving.
- Participate in budget preparations and analysis.
- Maintain company records in accordance with general accounting principles.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the reporting systems.
- Provide analysis that adds value to the business and allows for the making of strategically sound decisions.
- In coordination with other departments conduct special financial and statistical studies.
- Demonstrate expertise in business analysis and financial modeling.
- Work with merchandising learn on developing analysis to drive the business.
Benefits
- The pay range for this position is between $70,400.00 - $79,100.00
