About The Position

Review and analyze financial information to provide recommendations. Create and monitor corporate budgets. Prepare budgetary information for executives and department managers. Evaluate and perform financial reviews for branch profit and loss. Provide guidance to branch managers on improving the branch profit and loss. Offer direction to Division Managers regarding financial matters related to transitioning new branches, and guidance regarding the termination of existing branches. Use discretion and independent judgment to guide branch managers toward a successful financial branch status. Provide financial insight to management to ensure stability in budgets and profit and loss accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience with emphasis in financial analysis/budgeting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to work and to deliver content under tight deadlines
  • Aptitude to work independently
  • Capability to multitask
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must be able to utilize a computer
  • Must be able to maintain a work schedule
  • Must be able to effectively perform in an office setting
  • Must comply with and adhere to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
  • Prior mortgage industry experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
