The Financial Analyst will partner closely with Research & Development teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Responsibilities

Partner with Division leadership to support the planning, forecasting, and financial analysis of fixed costs, including headcount, travel and entertainment, project materials, depreciation, and allocations.
Identify, analyze, and communicate financial risks and opportunities; develop tools and reporting to monitor performance against forecast, plan, and actual results.
Develop, automate, and maintain standardized monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and management dashboards to support business decision-making.
Manage all forecasting and planning activities within the OneStream financial reporting system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across OneStream and supporting offline models.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, support decision-making, and drive accountability for financial performance.
Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decisions.
