Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related numerical field with approximately 3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Strong foundational modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with a relentless attention to detail in cleaning data and investigating variances.
Hands-on, practical experience leveraging modern generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate routine workflows.
Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and work productively across various teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience working within a fast-growing, dynamic SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
Familiarity with Customer Experience metrics and advanced Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Partner collaboratively with Global Support, Renewals, and Customer Success leaders to deliver data-driven insights that optimize operational efficiency.
Spearhead monthly and quarterly financial forecasting alongside annual budgeting cycles for our global customer organizations.
Build and refine advanced Business Intelligence models to monitor critical operational metrics, including Cost to Serve and Deflection Rates.
Evaluate the financial impact of self-service automation and deflection strategies on Customer Lifetime Value and overall platform stickiness.
