About The Position

Join the growing Sports Medicine business unit within Stryker’s Endoscopy division as a Financial Analyst supporting inventory management, inventory existence, and compliance-focused process improvement. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and finance to help strengthen inventory controls, improve reporting, and build scalable processes that support compliance and business performance. This position is ideal for an early-career finance professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to help drive operational excellence through data and process discipline. If you are a local candidate in Colorado, the role will be hybrid and is defined as being in the office Tuesday-Thursday every week. If you are located anywhere else in the US, you will be remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work through complex data sets and reconcile issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments and develop new processes that improve compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, operations finance, supply chain finance, or related roles
  • experience with SAP, Power BI, or other financial and reporting systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management and inventory existence processes across the Sports Medicine business unit, helping ensure accurate financial reporting and operational compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to monitor inventory balances, investigate variances, and resolve issues
  • Develop, document, and improve processes and controls that strengthen inventory compliance and support audit readiness
  • Build and maintain recurring reports, trackers, and tools that improve visibility to inventory risk, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Help drive process improvement and automation opportunities that enhance reporting efficiency, data integrity, and control execution
  • Prepare clear summaries and presentations for finance and business partners on inventory-related performance, risks, and improvement initiatives
