About The Position
CAMS, part of the Associa family, is looking for a part-time Financial Analyst to support the Blue Ridge Mountain Club.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice To Haves
- 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
- Knowledge of GAAP or financial reporting standards
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor company performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial records
