As a Financial Analyst you will be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for details, you are a problem solver who’s always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Graduate-level degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance.
  • 2-3 years modeling experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis and ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Experience with persuasive writing and composition.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize clients’ real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and underwriting a plethora of single-tenant, multifamily, retail, industrial, & hospitality commercial properties throughout the U.S. on deals valued primarily at $1-200MM+.
  • Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.
  • Provide analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence acquisition and disposition strategies.
  • Provide support in client presentations and new business.
  • Deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis.
