About The Position

Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking Financial Analyst for its Los Angeles team to support deals in the LATAM region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various financial advisory and investment banking transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions. Financial Analysts will be part of deal teams and gain exposure to different financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.

Requirements

• A B.A./B.S./B.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Applied Economics is required, as is course work in accounting and finance
• At least 6 months of relevant working experience in investment banking/restructuring
• Spanish native fluency – both verbal and written
