About The Position

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will help drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and partnering with operational leaders to support business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent, required.
• Two or more years’ accounting related experience and/or training; experience in manufacturing environment, strongly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or public accounting experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems/ERP platforms (D365).
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial and cost data, estimates costs, and monitors changes through highly complex Excel worksheets.
• Determines standard costs and investigates variances.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, prepares month end journal entries and reconciliations for cost and inventory.
• Ensures that all relevant product costs have been captured and are checked.
• Develop and maintain regional management report and KPI.
• Plays key role on the preparation of monthly and annual reporting.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies.
• Work proactively on being business partner to all functional areas.
• Assists with related special projects include ERP implementation (D365), as required.
• Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
