About The Position

Mr. Magic Car Wash is experiencing rapid growth across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, and we’re seeking a Financial Analyst to inform intelligent, data-driven decisions that support our expansion. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. This is a high-impact position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is eager to leverage their financial expertise to drive business performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
Accounting experience is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis

Nice To Haves

Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, and/or data visualization tools preferred
MBA and/or CPA a plus

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Collaborate with leadership on financial modeling, reporting, and KPI development
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track performance against key benchmarks
Support pricing, sales, and promotional evaluations with data-driven insights
Partner with operations to evaluate location performance and drive profitability
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and growth initiatives
Maintain and enhance financial dashboards, reporting tools, and scorecards
Identify opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement, and process efficiencies
Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller in preparing materials for executive leadership and stakeholders
All other duties assigned by leadership, including accounting tasks
