About The Position
LCG Advisors is seeking a remote Financial Analyst contractor within the Small Business Services division. This division writes business plans and feasibility studies for companies obtaining SBA Loans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to recognize variables and utilize various tools to collect data
- Ability to operate through frequent interruptions and priority changes
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Technologically proficient with the ability to interact virtually
- Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills

Responsibilities
- Begin in the Market & Competitive Research division to learn about various markets within the business sector
- Analyze industry market growth and competitive advantages across different business industries
- Conduct SWOT analyses on various firms
- Gather data using multiple informational sources to meet specific project objectives
- Evaluate data to identify trends, discrepancies, or other industry-specific business issues
- Transition to the Finance division to gain practical experience analyzing financial records and working with clients
- Participate in research initiatives and collaborative analytical projects
- Work alongside a mentor when learning new responsibilities
- Partner with senior Quality Control team members when additional guidance or education is needed
