Financial Analyst
About The Position
HYVE Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with expertise in translating financial analysis into action recommendations. This role involves preparing both external and internal reports/KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements. The candidate will also develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders and ensure data quality and consistency through regular audits and validation processes. The company is looking for someone who can stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to focus throughout working day
- Ability to translate financial analysis into action recommendations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- CPA, or international equivalent, would be advantageous
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Advanced Excel user, MS Power Query, MS Power Pivot
- Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure manufacturing processes would be useful
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, and Power Point
- A self starter with strong interpersonal and communications skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models using object-oriented concepts to support business requirements.
- Prepare both external and internal reports / KPI
- Analyze relational database structure and schema to optimize the reporting logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements and translate them into commercial solutions.
- Conduct data analysis, using AI, to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and consistency through regular audits and validation processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and software development.
