About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a growing banking and financial services organization. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.
• Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
