About The Position
Join our Toyota Heavy Duty Team as a Financial Analyst! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Financial Analyst who brings strong business acumen, curiosity, and strong problem-solving capabilities to the table. In this role, you will support enterprise-wide financial planning, profitability analysis, and reporting while partnering cross-functionally to drive data-informed decision-making. You’ll play a key role in shaping insights that influence both current operations and future strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
Nice To Haves
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP
- Professional certification (such as Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst)
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies
Responsibilities
- Lead profitability planning and analysis across multiple business segments to support strategic growth initiatives
- Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to support business unit decision-making
- Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports and executive-level materials, including written and verbal insights
