About The Position

The Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company’s profitability through strategic cost-saving initiatives, rigorous budget control, and investment optimization. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is eager to learn and can grow into a professional capable of delivering high-quality financial insights and maintaining operational excellence to support informed executive decision-making, even in challenging market environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform financial forecasting, annual business planning, and rolling plans, while conducting variance analysis and account reconciliation to support strategic decision-making.
Execute the monthly P&L closing process and assist in period-end closings (month, quarter, and year) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and research, specifically regarding financial performance and cost-saving measures.
Participate in the annual budgeting process and cost-saving activities in coordination with various team leaders.
Provide essential business information and generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
Support the preparation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.
