About The Position

Segra is seeking a Financial Analyst I to support monthly financial analysis and reporting, as well as the company’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles. The analyst works with department leaders to help manage budgets and KPIs, providing detailed, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis while partnering with department leaders and other business stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position based in Kansas City, Missouri; Atlanta, Georgia; or Dallas, Texas. Employees are required to work from one of those offices at least three days per week and may work remotely two days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or another relevant area.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or another relevant area.
• Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets with limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and pride in the quality of work product.
• Self-starter with natural curiosity and a desire to learn from those around them.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Telecom industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Experience working in ERP systems and BI tools, such as D365 and Power BI, is a plus.
