About The Position

Partners with business units to support capital strategies and focus them on securing the greatest return on investment for the global company. Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and pricing analyses, to inform business decisions and cross-business initiatives. Supports forecasting by analyzing business trends and aligning forecasts with business and corporate objectives. Promotes adherence to GAAP and organizational financial goals and policies, accurately represents financial results internally and externally, and helps maintain strong business controls.

At this level, applies foundational functional principles and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses knowledge gained through education, specialized training, or experience, develops practical expertise in the business environment, and contributes information, analysis, and recommendations as a team member. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Requirements

• First-level university degree focused in business or economics, or equivalent experience; the degree is recommended.
• Typically 0+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Good business application skills, such as Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
