About The Position

Segra is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst I in Kansas City, Missouri; Atlanta, Georgia; or Dallas, Texas. The role supports monthly financial analysis and reporting, as well as the company’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles. The analyst works with department leaders to help manage budgets and KPIs, and provides detailed, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis while partnering with department leaders and other business stakeholders.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days each week in one of the listed offices, with the flexibility to work remotely two days each week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or another relevant area.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or another relevant area.
• Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets with limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.
• Self-starter with curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Telecom industry knowledge or experience.
• Experience working in ERP systems and BI tools such as D365 and Power BI.
