About The Position

This is a remote position. Paradigm is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our client, a global leader in the legal services space. Customer service is a crucial part of this role as a large portion of time will be spent communicating with customers or clients via phone and email.

Requirements

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and operational procedures.
Excellent computer skills with at least intermediate Excel skills required.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
Highly organized, have a great attention to detail, be self-motivated, possess the ability to meet deadlines and works well in a high pressure environment.
Intermediate Excel skills, including queries, filters, reporting, and data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of operational procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work professionally with internal and external business contacts
Associate’s degree from a college or university, with accounting graduates strongly preferred; or some college coursework with 2–4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must pass basic credit and background check before starting

Responsibilities

Analyzes accounts and data for accuracy.
Reporting on project status and issue resolution to Team managers as well as project managers and clients as applicable.
