About The Position

Performs consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements. You will act as Business Partner to the service leaders of Customer Value Creation, Business Excellence and Education and Regional Service Operations, managing all facets of the day-to-day business. You will lead the financial controlling and planning processes for your service functions and provide executive level financial reports to your business partners to successfully manage operations. You will develop capacity planning models to support the service leaders with staffing decisions and determine headcount requirements in line with cost targets. You will drive service efficiency improvements, evaluate financial viability of cost savings measures and document productivity measures in OPW. You will lead the allocations controlling for NAM DX CS and ensure that costs stay in line with targets.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business or finance
  • Several years of relevant experience in financial analysis and operational controlling
  • Strong analytical and financial skills and ability to provide actionable insights
  • Good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs, as well as their connection to operational processes and parameters
  • Experience supporting and driving a business forward through financial analysis, executive communication and project management
  • Business fluent in English
  • Very good user skills in MS Office 365
  • Good knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools, including Jedox, SAP and other financial reporting systems
  • Willing to undertake travel activities of approximately 10%
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
