About The Position

First Neighbor Bank is partnering with LPL Financial to offer a complete menu of financial services to bank clients. This employment opportunity at First Neighbor Bank in Casey, IL allows you to join the Investment Program as a Financial Advisor associated with LPL Financial. In this model, Financial Advisors are not employees of LPL Financial. The Investment Program at First Neighbor Bank supports the local community with a complete menu of financial services, and you will join a team dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life. This position will allow you to grow your career and business by helping the people and families who look to First Neighbor Bank for financial solutions. You will have the ability to service an existing book of business, build a strong client base with the bank's exceptional referral system, and work with several branch territories that have a significant deposit base. You will also have the opportunity to find new clients via the bank's client base, create client solutions without proprietary products, and grow your business with LPL's tools, technology, and support. You will also benefit from LPL's experience helping financial institutions grow and maximize their investment programs, and capitalize on the bank's reputation and community standing. Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 (63/65) required
• Insurance license required
• Three or more years of investment sales experience

Responsibilities

• Service an existing book of business upon hire.
• Build a strong client base with the Bank’s exceptional referral system.
• Support clients' financial goals within several branch territories with significant deposit bases.
