About The Position
Simmons Bank is hiring a Financial Advisor to join its Investment Program in Fort Worth, Texas. The advisor will be associated with LPL Financial and employed by Simmons Bank. The role supports the local community by helping clients and families at every stage of their financial lives, building a client base, and providing financial solutions tailored to clients’ goals. LPL Financial holds the advisor’s securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements. The position offers access to bank referrals, several branch territories with significant deposit bases, and opportunities to develop new clients through Simmons Bank’s client base. Advisors can create solutions without proprietary products and use LPL’s tools, technology, customized services, open-architecture investment platform, and firm-wide resources. The role is eligible for sales incentive compensation in addition to a stated pay range of $44,000 to $60,000.
Requirements
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required.
- Insurance license required.
- Three or more years of investment sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a client base using Simmons Bank’s referral system and existing client relationships.
- Help clients and families with financial solutions throughout every stage of their financial lives.
- Create financial solutions specific to client goals, without being limited to proprietary products.
- Develop new clients through the bank’s client base.
