About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transition Manager to lead the migration, standardization, and transformation of Finance processes into our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. If you enjoy leading complex projects, working with international teams, and driving change, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience managing Finance transition or transformation projects in GBS, SSC, or BPO environments.
• Knowledge of Finance processes such as R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle) or Finance transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance transition projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Assess transition opportunities, conduct due diligence, and develop business cases.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive change management and ensure organizational readiness.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure successful go-live and smooth handover to operations.
